Park to Park is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Parks on the Air® (POTA) or any related organization.

This service is provided free of charge, “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any log data and exported ADIF files before submitting them to third-party services. We are not responsible for rejected uploads, lost data, missed contacts, or scoring discrepancies.

Access to logs is controlled by a session token. Anyone with the token may view or modify the log. You are responsible for safeguarding your token.

Do not use this service to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to intentionally falsify log data. We reserve the right to restrict access or discontinue the service at any time.

Logs may be deleted, lost, or become inaccessible due to technical issues or service changes. Always export and store your logs locally.

Callsigns, park references, and QSO data remain the property of their respective owners. Park to Park claims no ownership over submitted log data.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the current version.
